The voice behind the method.
Ben Knight is a performer, executive coach, and creative thinker, passionate about helping leaders communicate with impact. Trained at the Royal Academy of Music and performed across the UK and Europe, including The Royal Ballet & Opera and English National Opera. Over the past decade I've designed and delivered programmes for C-suite teams, universities, and organisations, blending performance, coaching, and experiential learning. I created Recit to help leaders step into their presence, build confidence, and engage authentically. Inspired by stories like The King's Speech, and built on a simple belief: great communication is a performance worth preparing for.
